Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams (Frontend, UX) to ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Build features addressing complex technical problems for the Benefits Marketplace and Platform.
- Participate in planning activities, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team growth.
- Mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers, enabling them to grow and solve technical blockers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Influence product specifications for owned features and design backend systems, integrating them with frontend solutions.
- Take ownership of large-scale technical problems, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions.
- Provide mentorship to help engineers develop their technical skills and autonomy.
