Key Deliverables:
- Build and scale large web platforms with a focus on benefits-related systems.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers to support their professional growth.
- Design and implement features to solve complex technical problems.

- Participate in planning, code reviews, and product development.
- Provide technical mentorship and ensure efficient team collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable solutions for Rippling's Benefits Marketplace and Platform.
