Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and platform engineering, responsible for architecting and delivering scalable digital experience solutions powered by Sitecore, React.js, Node.js, and Python. The Technical Lead will own end-to-end delivery — from solution design and API architecture to team mentorship and stakeholder alignment — ensuring performance-driven, personalized marketing experiences at enterprise scale. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence over technical direction and team capability-building.

Role & Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of marketing creative platforms using Sitecore CMS, including content modeling, personalization pipelines, and API integrations
• Build and maintain scalable front-end experiences in React.js and back-end services in Node.js and Python across microservices architecture
• Design and govern RESTful API standards, and enforce best practices for security, performance, and reliability across the full stack
• Lead a team of developers through sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions — ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, driving technical growth and establishing engineering standards across the team
• Integrate FileMaker-based systems with broader platform ecosystems, including data migration, customization, or API bridging as required
• Own CI/CD pipeline health, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure hygiene on AWS in collaboration with platform and DevOps teams

Must Have Criteria

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role
• Hands-on expertise with Sitecore XM/XP — content modeling, personalization, pipeline customization, and Sitecore APIs
• 3+ years building production-grade applications in React.js and Node.js, including RESTful API design at scale
• Proficiency in Python for backend systems, automation, or scripting in an enterprise context
• Experience with FileMaker — development, customization, or integration with external systems
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, API design patterns, and AWS (EC2, Lambda, or S3)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and DevOps delivery practices

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering marketing technology or digital experience platforms for large B2C or B2B enterprise clients
• Familiarity with Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless CMS patterns, or composable DXP architecture
• Exposure to TypeScript in large-scale front-end codebases
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Developer Associate)
• Prior experience in a digital engineering consultancy or agency delivering multi-client engagements
