R Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion R13 and EBS R12 that enhance our financial management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support and optimize existing applications related to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, AGIS, and Fusion Tax.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot any issues related to financial modules in Oracle applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and innovative solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Oracle technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion and EBS R12.
- In-depth understanding of financial modules: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, AGIS, and Fusion Tax.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle certifications in Fusion and EBS applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
