This team is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and evangelizing quality across Pega's largest engineering teams.
W e design and build robust test automation frameworks for both UI and APIs, leverage Generative AI to solve complex testing challenges, and influence teams to adopt best-in-class quality practices.
Our team also develops scalable, extensible, and GenAI-powered testing solutions tailored specifically to Pega's platform and product needs.

In this role, you will contribute to building automation frameworks for RESTful APIs and validating Infrastructure as Code . You will work with modern technologies to ensure the quality of Pega as-a-Service offerings.
What You'll Do At Pega
- Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber, and TypeScript
- Design robust, extensible frameworks for RESTful API automation
- Understand and solve Pega-centric quality challenges
- Leverage Generative AI to develop innovative and effective testing solutions
- Research, design, and implement solutions following best design patterns and coding practices
- Deliver sprint commitments with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining high quality
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers in a positive and inclusive environment
- Build insightful and impactful reports and dashboards using Grafana.
- Work with tools and technologies such as Git, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, VS code, Linux, Node.js, TypeScript, Groovy, and AWS
Who You Are
- Experience of software testing for 4-6 years
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Playwright with TypeScript
- Pega Platform
- Generative AIdriven testing
- Accessibility testing
- API automation (manual and automated)
- Performance testing using JMeter
What You've Accomplished
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Prior experience testing Pega applications
- Hands-on experience implementing GenAI-based projects
- Solid foundation in Algorithms and Data Structures
- Expertise in building UI automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript
- Experience working with Jenkins and Gradle
