The Senior SDE role is for experienced developers with 5 to 7 years of expertise in building scalable applications and leading technical initiatives. This role involves solving advanced technical challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Own/Drive the development of complex features by ensuring application scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Customer Success, to deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex technical problems and drive innovative solutions to improve system architecture and design.
- Agile Practices: Drive Agile processes, including sprint grooming, release planning, and production deployments.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in product-based companies.
- Technical Expertise: Expertise in technologies like Java, . NET with C#, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React.js, or Angular.js .
- Experience with design documents, unit test cases, and code reviews. Leadership: Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Business Alignment: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with product and business goals.
- Communication: Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
