Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Java Developer with proven expertise in Java development and JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification. The selected candidate will engage with Japanese-speaking clients, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to application development, maintenance, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams using JLPT N1/N2/N3level Japanese proficiency.
• Translate functional and technical requirements between Japanese and English.
• Support development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams located in India and Japan to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java Spring, RESTful API development, and SQL.
• JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification is mandatory.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese at a basic to intermediate proficiency level.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client interaction skills.
