Senior Software Engineer - Production Support - India

Should have around 3-5 yrs of Experience.
Experience in L1 and L2 production support and ticketing process.
. Must have Strong understanding of Linux.
. Good to have knowledge of Windows and PowerShell.
. Good to have knowledge on Linux shell scripting.
. Good to have knowledge on Windows, PowerShell and Docker Containerization(Deploy docker images and manage services)
. Should have knowledge on Release management
. Should have capability to do product development, automation and application upgrades.
. Good to have knowledge on transition skills, SOP preparation and new application onboarding.
. Should have good Communication skills
. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Must take ownership and accountability of a product delivery.
. Strong Knowledge on ITIL concepts
. Experience in production support and ticketing process
. DB experience - SQL server/Oracle DB(SQL query writing experience-DDL/DML..etc)
. ETL production support experience-Informatica or SSIS tools
. Should have knowledge on any monitoring tools(Nagios/eon..etc)
. must know any one of scripting language(shell/PowerShell/python)
. Good to have Azure/Azure data engineering/jboss/WebSphere knowledge
. Good to have knowledge on any deployment tools (VSTS)
. Good to have knowledge on SSL certificate management
