What you will do

• Architect and Develop: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance features and systems for our B2B SaaS platform.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Optimize for Growth: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability to handle increasing user demands and data loads.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring to raise the overall bar for engineering excellence.
• Innovate and Iterate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Set Standards: Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and system architecture to build a strong technical foundation.
• Problem-Solve: Take ownership of debugging and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring smooth and reliable product functionality.
• Contribute Strategically: Play an active role in shaping the product roadmap by providing technical insights and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
