Indicative years of experience: 5+ years

Role Description

Log, diagnose and resolve medium and complex system problems and issues reported by business by referring to system documents. Triage system problems to appropriate technical teams; communicate the outages to the business and technical teams. Provide permanent resolutions to recurring issues. Work as an expert on one or more applications/functionality (in a support area) to provide required support to the business users. Help in on-boarding and training new team members.

Reporting Relationship

This role will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to build robust integrations, data workflows, and customer personalization features.
  • Implement Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions, crafting tailored user experiences through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and build innovative solutions.
  • Work with backend and frontend technologies (Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar) to create seamless, high-performance applications.
  • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and efficient systems while applying best practices in coding, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack.
  • Stay current on Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-driven development environment.

Must Have

Education: GraduateBachelors degree (any stream)

Skill Set

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, good documentation skills, strong communications and inter-personal skills, good time management skills. Other

Expertize in multiple applications/functionalities, Domain skills and inclination to learn it quickly, good SQL knowledge and understanding of database. Familiarity with MS office and SharePoint, High aptitude, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, Interpersonal and influencing stakeholders

Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, with a strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, including integration and personalization features, or comparable CDP technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Personalization and its ability to enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Strong programming skills with experience in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar.
  • Proficiency in API development and integration, including RESTful services and webhooks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus. AWS Typescript/Python.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and collaborating within an agile, cross-functional team.
