Responsibilities
What You'll do
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (AWS & Microservices) with strong expertise in Microservices architecture, and AWS cloud to design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Spring Boot microservices, API design, and cloud-native development on AWS.

Development & Microservices
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement loosely coupled, scalable services following best practices and design patterns.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring versioning, backward compatibility, and performance.
Cloud & AWS Integration
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Leverage AWS for scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-efficient architectures.
- Work with services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.
Quality & Performance
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Implement resilience patterns (retry, circuit breaker, caching).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed systems.
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Qualifications
Who You are:
Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in modern Java frameworks, and proficiency in AWS cloud services to build robust, secure, and efficient solutions.
Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA).
Must-Have Skills
AWS – Intermediate
- Core Services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
- Containers & Deployment: ECS/EKS, Elastic Beanstalk.
- Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation / Terraform (basic).
- Security: IAM (roles/policies), encryption, VPC fundamentals.
- Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, CloudTrail.
Good to Have
- Strong experience in Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture.
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Messaging Systems: SQS, JMS, Kafka (optional).
- Database: SQL (MySQL/DB2) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
