Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our Automation & Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade automation and low-code solutions.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Applications).
- Develop and support Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop automations.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the Power Platform practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Experience designing enterprise automation and workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with API integrations, REST services, and connectors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI Builder.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Exposure to Azure services and integrations.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
