Senior Microsoft Developer - Power Platform | Azure | Entra ID

About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer who knows the Microsoft stack inside out and enjoys working directly with business teams to solve real problems. If you've built solutions on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server and Azure, and you're comfortable talking to stakeholders as much as you are writing code, this role is for you.
You'll join a team that builds and supports enterprise applications, and you'll get to work closely with client teams on solution design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure services and Microsoft Entra ID
- Take part in solution design discussions and technical reviews with client stakeholders
- Design and roll out automation workflows using Power Automate
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI that actually help business teams make decisions
- Set up authentication and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID
- Write and optimize SQL Server code including stored procedures, views, and ETL processes
- Support integration work across cloud and hybrid environments
- Fix production issues quickly while keeping systems stable
- Work with modern AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to speed up development and improve code quality
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of hands-on Microsoft application development experience
- Strong practical experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Entra ID
- A track record of delivering enterprise scale solutions
- Sharp problem solving and debugging skills
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- The ability to get up to speed quickly on new systems and business processes
Nice to Have
- Hands on experience with AI coding tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Microsoft certifications in Azure or Power Platform
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
- Understanding of application security and compliance practices
