About Position:

Senior Software Engineer responsible for building and integrating Dynamics 365 Contact Center capabilities with enterprise systems, focusing on backend integrations, automation, and AI enhancements.

• Experience: 6 to 14 Years
• Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 components including queues, routing, and case management
• Develop .NET Core services for backend integrations (AWS APIs, enterprise systems, telephony)
• Enable data movement pipelines from D365 to enterprise platforms
• Support Copilot integration and agent assist workflows
• Contribute to email migration (Oracle to D365)
• Implement call transcript use cases like summarization and CRM updates
• Build workflow automation and orchestration
• Support intelligent routing and triage logic
• Ensure system stability, performance, and debugging
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and offshore/onshore teams

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service configuration and customization
• .NET Core, C#, REST API development
• API integrations with enterprise systems
• Basic D365 UI customization
• Data handling and large datasets
• Copilot/AI workflows understanding
• Power Automate / workflow automation
• Telephony concepts (IVR, call flows)
• CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Troubleshooting and debugging
