Job Description:

Job Title: React Native + Node.Js

Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ yrs.

Job Summary:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and robust backend services with Node.js

Take complete ownership of projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms and scalable backend APIs

Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and code quality

Design scalable system architectures and implement best practices for mobile and server environments

Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both iOS and Android platforms

Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks across the full stack for performance that feels native

Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and technical insights

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

6-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development with mobile focus

Proficiency in React Native for mobile development and Node.js for backend development

Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, its quirks, and workarounds

Well-versed with using AI tools for development, debugging, and code optimization

Understanding of agentic AI concepts and implementations will be a big plus

Strong system design skills with ability to architect scalable mobile and backend solutions

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Familiarity with mobile development build pipelines and deployment processes (App Store, Google Play)

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform-specific guidelines

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for mobile apps

Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take complete ownership of projects and drive them to completion

Open to learning and exploring new technologies and staying updated with industry trends

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
