Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design specifications, propose solutions, and discuss before implementation
• Collaborate with team leads to create estimates against requirements
• Manage development work, including planning, estimation, and execution
• Deliver projects on time in an agile and continuous development environment
• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve issues
• Report project status to stakeholders using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth DevOps workflows
• Maintain high-quality code, focusing on extensibility, TDD, and simple architecture design

What You Should Have

• 13 years of experience in developing complex software
• Proficiency in GO programming; willingness to learn Node.js/Python
• Solid understanding of functional programming, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Experience with Version Control systems (GitHub/GitLab)
• Knowledge of GO templating, common frameworks, and tools
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Docker, CI/CD, and relational/non-relational databases
• Passion for code quality and scalable architecture
