Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain order management solutions within OSS/BSS systems for telecom environments.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Support end-to-end service provisioning workflows across telecom systems.
- Work on customer-facing processes including order capture, validation, fulfillment, and activation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network, billing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to order management and service provisioning.
- Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability of OSS/BSS platforms.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for telecom solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in telecom OSS/BSS systems and order management processes.
- Proficiency in Java and Java J2EE technologies for backend development.
- Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Understanding of telecom domain including service provisioning, billing, and CRM systems.
- Experience in Core Java concepts and backend system design.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
