Major Responsibilities:

• Hands-on coding experience in one Object-Oriented Programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Strong focus on designing efficient, scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Independently investigate, propose options, and implement new functionalities or re-architect existing solutions to address growth.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams, product management, and UX to deliver new product offerings while maintaining existing ERP functionality.
• Design mid-scale systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across all levels.
• Validate and certify peer engineers work to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases design test automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing.
• Experience working on web and web services projects with a focus on distributed systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• at least 6 years of software development experience with a proven track record of technical decision-making
• at least 6 years of experience preferably in Java or any similar Object Oriented languages (Java, C#, or Python)
• 2+ years of SQL database experience with expertise in database-driven applications.
• In-depth knowledge of modern web applications, covering the full stack from database to browser
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient system design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical
• Experience mentoring and coaching developers to foster continuous growth
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
