- 4-8 years of experience with OpenText Exstream (version 23 and above).
- 3 5 years of experience working with OpenText Command Center, including both online and batch processing modules.
- Preferred experience in AWS cloud environments, with familiarity in YAML scripting and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Exstream Communication Builder, Content Author, and Empower Editor is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with 2-pass applications, e-drivers/p-drivers, dynamic content import, connectors, language layers, and multi-channel outputs.
- Proficient in SQL/Oracle, batch scripting, and working within both Unix and Windows environments.
- Capable of operating in a production support environment, handling change requests and incident resolutions within defined SLAs (prior production support experience is a strong advantage).
Knowledge of Java and ECM (FileNet) applications is desirable .
- Responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of customer communication solutions, with a primary focus on OpenText Exstream-based letter changes and enhancements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OpenText Exstream initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables that support product sales, customer acquisition, and servicing needs.
Key Responsilbilties:
- Partner with Business Product Owners to drive Product & Proposition targets or Customer Service deliverables.
- Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks and projects.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and other technical team members to define the technical design for letters-related scopes.
- Provide strong technical leadership in downstream applications integrated with Life400, guiding junior team members, maintaining industry best practices, and ensuring solutions align with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
- Build effective relationships across business and IT teams to support the organization s communication strategy through robust, scalable, and compliant letter design and development solutions.
- Be task-driven, with the ability to control and commit to agreed timelines.
