Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and drive technical solutions, from architecture to deployment, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Make critical technical decisions on system design, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Work across the full stack, from frontend (React/Next.js) to backend (Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, databases).
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver world-class user experiences.
• Balance speed and scalability, iterating quickly while building robust systems.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Expertise in React (or similar frontend frameworks), Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and owning scalable distributed systems and services.
• Comfort with one or more cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• A track record of leading teams and making impactful technical decisions.
• Ability to drive projects from concept to production while collaborating across teams.
• A passion for building customer-centric products and solving real-world problems.
