Senior Software Engineer (.NET) at BairesDev

As a Senior Software Engineer at BairesDev, you will lead the design and development of complex enterprise applications using .NET technologies. You'll drive technical innovation, mentor junior developers, and create scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet critical business requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and develop robust enterprise applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies.

- Lead technical design and implementation of complex software solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software architectures.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience with .NET development (C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework).

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.

- Advanced knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.

- Proficiency in full-stack .NET development and related technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.

- Advanced level of English.
