We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (.NET / .NET Core) with strong technical leadership experience to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, lead development teams, and manage client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle and project delivery
- Design and develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using .NET/.NET Core
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Mentor and manage development teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery timelines, risk management, and adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
Required Skills
- 6 - 10 years of experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture
- Strong experience in REST API design and integration
- Proficiency in Git and version control best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading teams and working in client-facing roles
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Angular/ React JS
- Experience with Azure/ Cloud platforms
- Agile/ Scrum delivery experience
