Job Description

Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (ADMP Platform)

Overview

We're looking for a hands-on .NET developer with strong experience in legacy and modern Microsoft stacks, Oracle backend, and practical exposure to Azure Data Lake and Databricks integrations. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the existing ADMP platform hosted on IIS, building robust APIs, integrating with enterprise data pipelines, and ensuring performance and stability across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support ASP.NET WebForms and .NET Framework web applications hosted on IIS.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance frontend components using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
  • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful Web APIs for both internal and external integrations.
  • Integrate application workflows with Azure Data Lake Storage and Databricks for ingestion, table creation, and refresh orchestration.
  • Work closely with platform teams to trigger Databricks jobs from application workflows and handle dynamic path and table configurations.
  • Optimize Windows Services used for background processing, job orchestration, and scheduled tasks.
  • Monitor application performance, perform root-cause analysis, and implement proactive fixes.
  • Manage security protocols, SSL certificates, and access controls for IIS and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, platform, and business teams to align data pipelines and ingestion jobs with application logic.
  • Implement and maintain secure coding standards, logging strategies, and error handling frameworks.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with:
  • ASP.NET WebForms and .NET Framework 4.x
  • IIS Hosting and Windows Server administration
  • ADO.NET / ODP.NET and PL/SQL
  • RESTful Web API design and integration
  • Backend: Oracle 19c (PL/SQL, stored procedures, CLOBs, DB links), MS SQL Server.
  • Frontend: HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap.
  • Data & Cloud: Azure Data Lake Storage (Bronze/Silver layers), Databricks notebooks/jobs orchestration.
  • Integration: Triggering data ingestion and table refresh processes from application layer.
  • Security & Ops: SSL certificates, IIS security configuration, firewall rules, role-based access, secure logging.
  • Others: Windows Services, Task Scheduler, performance monitoring and optimization.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and release management.
  • Exposure to large-scale data ingestion frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data lineage or metadata tracking.
  • Experience in financial or regulatory reporting environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset.
  • Clear, structured communication with technical and business teams.
  • Ownership of modules from design to deployment.
  • Ability to handle production issues with minimal turnaround time.
