Who are we looking for

A Sr. RPA Developer for a critical project for one of our biggest client in commercial real estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about automation & technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Years of experience - 4+

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge on robotic process automation tools.
• Detailed Knowledge on Coding & testing of required Automation modules.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Robotic Process Automation projects: Process Mapping, business requirements, functional & technical specifications, proposals, go-live release notes, package deployment and administration.
• Perform quality assurance tests for all developments before their go-live.
• Should have exposure in estimation techniques and requirements gathering.
• Need to work as a team player to contribute in guiding a technical team.
• Interface and communicate with the team members, leads and the clients effectively.
• Mentor the junior team members in executing the identified projects.

Mandatory experience

• Minimum 3 years of Development experience in Robotic Process Automation using the RPA tool UIPath and in-depth technical knowledge on the RPA tool UiPath.
• At least 5 RPA projects (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed.
• Experience in DBMS and SQL, Stored Procedures etc.
• Strong Coding knowledge on C# .NET

Plus

• Experience in other automation tools - Power Automate, Alteryx.
• Experience in VB/VBA/PowerShell/Python.
• Experience in creating and embedding AI/ML models.
• Expertise in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript programing.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Prompt Engineering etc

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews).
• Ability to execute unit test plans, create unit test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

Must Have:

• UiPath Academy Certified Advanced Developer

Good to Have:

• UiARD - UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
• UiRPA - UiPath Certified RPA Associate
• MS PL-100
