Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Fullstack development, along with proficiency in React JS, HTML, and CSS. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java Fullstack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using React JS, HTML, and CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and development processes for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java Fullstack development.
• Expertise in React JS for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for web development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or related technologies are a plus.
