Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and a deep expertise in Abinitio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Abinitio and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data integration solutions and ETL processes using Abinitio.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Abinitio, including data processing, data integration, and ETL development.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or data engineering are a plus.
