Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and the cross-functional team for requirement gathering, backlog grooming and prioritisation.
- Apply patterns to decompose monolithic applications or business requirements into building high-performing, resilient, scalable and secure applications/microservices.
- Apply microservice best practice while designing and defining contracts and integration (DDD, Bounded context, CQRS, Event sourcing, Polyglot persistence, Event-driven data management, etc).
- Design, build and enhance an iPaaS platform to achieve a quicker implementation cycle.
- Define CI/CD pipeline and choose monitoring tools for applications/services.
- Responsible for building Product Engineering culture within the team. Improve the team's lead/cycle time and velocity by innovation and higher-order automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Hands-on experience in solution/technical design of enterprise applications.
- A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving.
- Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns and principles.
- Sound Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or similar).
- Experience in building scalable, high-throughput, distributed and secure applications.
- Experience with Messaging middleware (ActiveMQ, Kafka or similar).
- Experience in open-source frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Cloud Foundry(PCF).
- Experience in evaluating different database choices for the application (RDBMS vs NoSQL, different variations of NoSQL).
- Experience in iPaaS or an Enterprise Integration Patterns platform is an advantage.
- Experience in defining CI/CD pipeline and choosing application monitoring tools.
- Experience in more than one programming language is an advantage(Java/NodeJS/Python).
- Contribution to the Open-Source community (a good Github profile will be an advantage).
- Experience in data analytics with AI/ML modelling platforms is an added advantage.
