What we do

Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. Technology is at the heart of our organization. As part of the tech team you will :

1.Understand product requirements and brainstorm ways to address them

2.Build features from scratch and have complete ownership for it

3.Deliver efficient, reliable, scalable code with high automated test coverage

4. Contribute to team decisions in the overall architecture and practices of the company

What you'll need:

Must haves

1. At least 4 year experience in a product based company
2. Willingness to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environments
3. Experience working with distributed systems
4. Comfortable with at least one Object Oriented Programming language (C++, Java, Python, Go)
5. Hands on with AWS or at least one other public cloud
6. Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS like MySQL
7. Experience with git

Good to have

1. Experience handling highly scalable systems
2. Strong systems understanding (Linux/Windows, kernel tuning/troubleshooting, performance benchmarking, filesystems tuning)
3. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
4. Storage domain experience is a big plus
5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
6. Excellent communication & collaboration skills
