We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer, Lead to drive the development of advanced Qt-based GUI applications for next-generation test equipment.

What you'll do:

Lead GUI application development and software/hardware integration

Drive the full software development lifecycle

Design and develop high-performance software systems

Mentor engineers and help shape technical solutions

Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Validation, Operations, and Customer Support teams

We're looking for:

8+ years of experience in Qt and C++ development for embedded platforms

Strong Linux multithreaded development experience

3+ years of hands-on Qt/QML experience

Expertise in software architecture, design, implementation, and testing

Experience working closely with hardware and custom device interfaces

Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

Java and/or Python experience

Linux kernel-level development

Networking/TCP-IP knowledge
