Senior Software Engineer

Position: Software Engineer

Job Role:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, perform effort estimation, plan deliverables, and track project milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Led end-to-end (E2E) project deployment activities, including release planning, code migration, deployment validation, and production sign-off.
• Coordinate with BSG, Infrastructure, Vendor teams (Release Management), and AppSec to ensure smooth UAT cycles and zero-defect production releases.
• Manage API integrations by working closely with application/TIbco teams to support REST and SOAP APIs, including request/response mapping, data validation, and robust error handling.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning, improving system response times and stability for high-volume transactional workloads.
• Provide production support and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for database and API-related incidents, ensuring adherence to SLA commitments.

Year of Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai

Technical Skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL, Advanced SQL , ASP.NET , JAVA,SQL
• Version control system (Azure Devops, Git)
• REST & SOAP API Integrations (JSON/XML handling)
• CI/CD Pipeline Enhancements
• Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, ports, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Effective coordination with Infrastructure, Network, Firewall, WAF teams to resolve deployment , web-site hosting/connectivity issue
• IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Management
