Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java microservices, Docker and Kubernetes to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot applications using Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications to provide timely resolutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Apply emerging trends and technologies in software development to improve application quality and performance
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure reliability and functionality of code
- Work with databases and data structures to store, retrieve and manipulate data
- Implement security measures to protect applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Document technical specifications, user manuals and other relevant materials to support knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and RESTful web services
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Capability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders
- Skills in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Competency in communication and interpersonal skills
