Qualifications:
Must-Have:
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Expert-level proficiency in Java and strong understanding of JVM internals.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.
Proficiency with Go (Golang)
Proven track record in profiling, tuning, and optimizing large-scale backend systems.
Familiarity with JVM monitoring and performance tuning tools
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Background in SRE or infrastructure engineering.
