What You'll Do
- Conduct live technical interviews with software engineering candidates across the globe.
- Evaluate candidates coding ability, problem-solving approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and unbiased interview experience.
- Prepare detailed and objective technical evaluation reports after each interview.
- Collaborate with internal quality and calibration programs to maintain consistent interview standards.
- Continuously improve your interviewing skills through training and feedback.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (excluding internships).
- Strong programming expertise in at least one of:
- Java
- Python
- Ruby
- Experience building backend or backend-heavy full-stack applications.
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Object-Oriented Programming
- System Design fundamentals
- Software Engineering best practices
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and professional home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience conducting technical interviews.
- Experience mentoring engineers or reviewing code.
- Experience building scalable backend systems.
- Exposure to distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
- Passion for hiring and engineering excellence.
