Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using C++, Python, and C#
• System Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance software performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability
• Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines including deployment approvals, stage promotions, stress testing, and chaos testing
• Cloud Solutions: Utilize AWS services to improve configuration management and reduce deployment overhead
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues for optimal performance
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment procedures
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, QA) to deliver high-quality software on time
• Research & Innovation: Explore advanced topics such as graph algorithms and distributed systems for solving complex business problems

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 3+ years as a Software Development Engineer with a record of successful software feature launches
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging capabilities to resolve challenging software issues
• Achievements: Participation in large-scale software projects and research in distributed systems or graph algorithms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Django, NodeJS, or Flutter
• Knowledge of Gen AI tools
• Familiarity with web application development
• Involvement in distributed systems research or publications
