Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.

In this role, you will drive, build and support product evolution, new regulatory compliance, resource efficiencies and cross-team collaborations. Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and deliver Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and mentor team members.
- Manage the execution of projects and establish governance within programs that have established processes and are important to Conversion Infrastructure.
- Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, User Experience (UX), Product, Operations, Legal, Business) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, risks and priorities.
- Work with engineers, product managers, and other program managers with preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks.
- Build partnership with external teams for the achievement of the annual OKRs and deliver the product roadmap.
