Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (5+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a senior Marketing Cloud Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant:
1. Proficient in Developing and implementing complex marketing automation campaigns across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
2. Should be able to craft personalized customer journeys and automated workflows to maximize engagement and conversions.
3. Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for data manipulation and dynamic content personalization.
4. Build and deploy data extensions, filters, and segmentation strategies to target specific audiences.
5. Develop and maintain custom landing pages, preference centers, and microsites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Develop and maintain API integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems (CRM, e-commerce, data warehouses) using REST and SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues.
7. Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud business units, users, and security settings.
8. Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity.
9. Implement and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless Salesforce CRM integration.
10. Administer and optimize Marketing Cloud's data model and data extensions.
Preferred Skills: • Experience with Salesforce CRM integration. • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect. • Experience with Google analytics.
