Senior Software Engineer

• Develop, deliver web-based applications on time and with high quality.
• Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Client and Architecture requirements across front end and backend components.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the architecture and tasks required to develop a project.
• Work closely with UX team to ensure high fidelity implementations.
• Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code is in accordance with the organization standards and processes.
• Analyze and recommend performance optimizations of the code and ensure code complies to security best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot problems in live applications.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience. 5 years in modern frameworks and design patterns with MERN Fullstack paradigm
• Proficient in building web applications using Mongo, Express, React and NodeJS (MERN).
• Proficiency in Web Technologies - React, NodeJS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration and best practices.
• Working proficiency in Mongo Data Store.
• At least 5 years of experience building elegant and fast Web interfaces.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Good working knowledge in Software Design Patterns.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and consistently with stakeholders.
• Availability to work in Central European Time (CET) and observe all European public holidays.
