Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) to support and enhance enterprise-wide master data processes. The role involves hands-on work in data modeling, configuration, mapping, integration, testing, and implementation of global MDM/PIM solutions.

The SSE MDM will contribute to the design and implementation of a Global Product Master Data Model, ensuring data consistency and governance across systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end MDM implementations, global product data harmonization, and hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Stibo. This role requires collaboration with architects, data stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure robust data governance and high data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM and PIM domain models including Business Entities, Relationships, and Hierarchies using Stibo MDM.
• Contribute to enterprise master data lifecycle management including Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) operations.
• Define and maintain global product master data models aligned with business requirements and data governance standards.
• Design and implement Match & Merge strategies, including survivorship rules, golden record definition, and data standardization.
• Develop and enforce data validation, cleansing, profiling, and data quality rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, validity, and timeliness.
• Configure data governance frameworks, business rules, workflows, data quality metrics, and data stewardship processes within the MDM platform.
• Collaborate with Architects, Data Stewards, and Business Stakeholders to align MDM solutions with enterprise data governance policies.
• Analyze and document data structures, interfaces, and data flows between source systems and downstream applications.
• Work with integration teams to define inbound/outbound data mappings, canonical data models, and master data exchange patterns.
• Support and implement REST APIbased integrations using JSON and XML for master data publishing and consumption.
• Automate entity model generation and metadata mapping to improve development efficiency and consistency.
• Lead and support cutover planning, rollback strategies, go-live readiness, parallel run validations, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation, testing, and production stabilization phases of global MDM/PIM programs.
