About The Team
This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.
About The Role
As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing backend services and modernizing legacy systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing software solutions that support our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Design distributed systems using Dapr for service communication, pub/sub, and state management.
- Integrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Work with MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Modernize legacy applications with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with product owners and analysts to understand and implement business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Ensure systems are secure, well-tested, and follow DevOps best practices.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Experience with Dapr in microservices environments.
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and integrating with existing services.
- Ability to lead software projects from concept to deployment.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of design patterns, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
