Your Role And Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of fullstack components of our enterprise cryptographic platform, delivering secure, scalable user experiences and backend services that protect enterprise data in the era of quantum computing.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, You Will
- Deliver endtoend complex features using React (TypeScript) and backend services in Java / Go / Python
- Build advanced UIs using the Carbon Design System, applying modern React patterns
- Build VS Code extension and WebView UIs
- Implement secure and scalable REST APIs and eventdriven architectures
- Establish and enforce clean, maintainable code following established engineering guidelines and secure-by-design principles
- Mentor junior developers and conduct structured code reviews
- Drive adoption of frameworks, libraries, and tooling across the team
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with strong observability practices
- Contribute to system documentation, architecture diagrams, and design documents
- Design for testability; write and maintain unit/integration/e2e tests; contribute test data, environments, and automation as part of delivery.
- Participate in L3 support: triage incidents, perform rootcause analysis (RCA), apply mitigations and improvements

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise applications
- Advanced expertise in React, including performance tuning, advanced Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux/Context)
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel)
- Proficiency in either one of Java (Spring Boot) or Go (Gin/GORM) or Python
- Proven ability to implement microservices and design RESTful/gRPC APIs
- Knowledge of SQL/ NoSQL including data modeling and optimization
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD with JUnit, Jest, Mockito, Testcontainers
- Experience with Kafka and eventdriven architecture
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift (OCP)
- Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience with the Carbon Design System
- Familiarity with D3.js or other visualization libraries
- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, secure coding)
- Practical experience with test automation
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring tools
- Experience with Liquibase or schema migration tools
- Familiarity with cryptography concepts or secure coding practices
- Exposure to VSCode extension development
