This is a full-time role with responsibilities spread between end user support and technical development of overall Medallia and Snaplogic platform supporting Schneider's Customer Voice program. The person should be excellent in communication, stakeholder management and should have previous experience working with external vendors as well as implementation of SaaS solutions within a global company
What will you do
- Must have CX platform awareness and previous experience working in similar domain
- Work closely with product owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our customers
- Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements to Medallia platform.
- Create fast, easy to use solutions that can be implemented quickly and seamlessly to support diverse clients.
- Coordinate with external and internal vendors + delivery teams during issue investigation and product enhancement projects
- Lead the L2 Support and coordination for all end users requests
- Partner with business on the CX community to help adoption and growth of Medallia platform within Schneider

What qualifications will make you successful
- 3+ years of experience in IT solution design and implementation
- Previous experience with agile process, inclusive of ability to work in fast-paced and distributed teams.
- Expert in customer/end user support management
- Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or other advanced degree.
- Medallia certified
- Experience working on Snaplogic
- Demonstrate strong IT platform management fundamentals
