About The Role
As a
Consulting / Principal Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of high‑quality software and data solutions. You will be involved throughout the delivery lifecycle—from technical discovery and design through implementation and optimization—helping ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
This role values experience across both front‑end and back‑end development. Experience with technologies such as Angular, APIs, and modern databases is helpful, but we also value transferable skills and a willingness to learn. We encourage applications from engineers with diverse technical paths, professional experiences, and educational backgrounds.
You will work alongside teammates who are curious, thoughtful, and committed to building software that balances quality, maintainability, and real‑world usability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in a collaborative, agile/scrum environment
- Partner with product owners and teammates to understand requirements and translate them into clear, maintainable technical designs
- Contribute to architectural decisions, including APIs, data models, and platform enhancements
- Advocate for performance, reliability, security, and accessibility in all stages of development
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team
- Support and improve CI/CD practices to enable efficient, high‑quality delivery
- Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment where different perspectives are welcomed and valued
Requirements

- Experience developing software using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular, or comparable technologies
- Understanding of API‑based systems, back‑end development, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development practices and collaborative delivery models
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus
- Exposure to cloud‑based platforms (e.g., AWS or similar) is beneficial but not required
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an interest in building practical, maintainable solutions
