Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be able to understand Facets Delivery, client priorities, and business requirements
  • Applies knowledge of engineering principles and techniques to solve technical problems effectively
  • Be able to translate business requirements and functional design into detailed job/technical design
  • Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering forums, promoting automation and quality practices
  • Design and develop UI solutions using C#.NET and AngularJS
  • Utilize AI Builder / Generative AI to automate workflows, enhance data processing, improve decision making, and optimize engineering productivity
  • Design, build, and deploy AI programs and intelligent components, including classification models, prediction models, natural-language workflows, and document processing solutions
  • Leverage AI models for document extraction, anomaly identification, exception detection, predictive insights, and operational optimization
  • Demonstrates solid organizational skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Actively engaged as a Scrum team member in all Agile rituals and development processes
  • Reviews, analyzes, develops/modifies, and completes stories within the Definition of Done, delivering on time and within estimates
  • End-to-end deliverables including design, coding, unit/integration testing, automation, and deployment
  • Be able to understand existing designs, make informed technology choices, and adjust architectural components when required
  • Participates in peer reviews to ensure design and code quality
  • Develops innovative approaches for performance optimization and automation, leveraging both traditional and AI based methods
  • Delivers solutions that are free of significant security vulnerabilities
  • Ensures ticket closure within SLA and adherence to compliance guidelines
  • Contributes to outage retrospectives and documentation
  • Participates in requirement gathering, production support, and incident triage
  • Participates in on call rotation, as needed
  • Provides timely updates on tasks and blockers
  • Ensures adherence to defined SLA compliance and operational processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Facets Claims domain
  • 5+ years of development and testing experience in C# / .NET programming
  • 5+ years of Database Design / Programming
  • 2+ years of Agile delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI for building AI models, document processing, predictions, and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience working on EDI transactions (837, 835)
  • Experience in designing and deploying AI based programs, including classification, extraction, and predictive models
  • Good knowledge of the US Healthcare industry
  • Proven solid ability to adapt and adopt new technology footprints, including AI driven platforms, to optimize business solutions
  • Proven self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
