Senior Software Engineer I

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and BI/data platforms
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization principles, SQL, Python, and data modeling.Excellent understanding of OLAP, OLTP, ER diagrams, and analytics data models. Experience with Microsoft Azure services including ADF, Logic Apps, and Function Apps. Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable BI solutions. Strong communication skills with direct stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams. High attention to detail with ownership of deliverables
• Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow processes including incident, change, and support management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills . Proactive learner with adaptability to new tools and fast-changing environments

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI/ML workflows (good to have)
• Exposure to AI/ML model integration for prediction, automation, or classification (good to have)
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate or Power Platform
