TheSenior Software Engineer I - Testing Engineeris responsibleforIT QA testing and automation services. They lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks,drivesquality strategy, andmentorsjunior team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

This positionreports to theSrMgr, ITGxPCompliance,andis part of theIT Departmentlocatedin Fargo,NDand will befully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable automated testing frameworks
  • Define and drive quality assurance strategy and best practices across IT projects
  • Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test coverage and compliance. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g.,GxP, ISO)
  • Analyze complex business processes andvalidatethrough structured testing

The essential requirements of the jobinclude:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master'spreferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and advanced API testing
  • Advancedexpertisein designing and building test automation for functional, regression, and integration test cases
  • At least 3 years in QA automation and software testing.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • None

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

  • Experience in regulated environments, preferably SOX, FDA, and GMP.
  • Certified Software Quality Analyst orautomation toolcertifications.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards (GxP, ISO, SOX, FDA, GMP)
