How will you make an impact in this role
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future over-dues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, Python, C++, Go, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
Minimum Qualifications
Lead design, development, and deployment of software solutions or engineering systems.
Own end-to-end technical delivery and ensure quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovations in technology stack and workflow.
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant trends into product architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
