TheAI Software Engineer,Sris responsible for building custom applications and tools to achieve business outcomes. They leverage their understanding oftechnical solutions to optimize

processes and improvethe organizationalproductivity and efficiency.

This positionreports to theDirector,AI & Data Engineeringandis part of theAI & DataTeamlocatedinBengaluru, Indiaand will beanon-siterole.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom Python applications for predictive analytics, process automation, and data-driven decision support to solve real-world problems in biotech

• Design, implement, and optimize low-level code for training and fine-tuning RAG models using OpenAI LLMs and related frameworks

• Integrate AI models with enterprise data sources, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions

• Design, code, and test custom applications and scripts using industry-standard development systems and practices

• Deliver functionalityaccording to technical specifications to achieve expected business outcomes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experiencewithprogramming languages: Python , JavaScript, Java, C# .NET

• Experience withCI/CDand DevOps practices, includingautomated tools for build, test, and deployment (e.g.,Azure DevOps)

• Strong experience in Agile Software Development, witha track recordof deliveringhigh-quality software in iterative cycles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Secure Code Development

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks

• Experience with Azure Databricks,Datalakes&equivalent SQL database systems

• ScrumLeadership,experienceand ability to mentor teams on Agile principles
