About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React and building large-scale, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong React foundation, expertise in performance, accessibility, and frontend metrics, takes ownership from ideation to production, and actively leverages AI to improve development quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, and accessible frontend applications

• Own frontend features end-to-end from design -- development -- release -- monitoring -- optimization

• Own and improve web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, render performance, load time, etc.)

• Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen readers)

• Build reusable components and should have working experience with state management strategy, data flow, modularization.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Test Engineers and Backend Engineers to deliver end-to-end features

• Review code, mentor junior developers, and set high standards for code quality and best practices

• Proactively identify and reduce technical debt through refactoring and architectural improvements

• Leverage AI-powered tools (code assistants, testing tools, automation) to speed up development and improve productivity

• Stay curious and continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and patterns to evolve the frontend stack

Education & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience

• Education: B.Tech/BE in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

Technical Skills

• JavaScript and TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS (SASS or LESS)

• React (v16+) ((hooks, component, performance patterns, Redux, React Router)

• Exposure to designing and maintaining automated E2E testing frameworks with Playwright or Selenium

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to mentor and lead by example

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
