We're hiring a Software Development Engineer III to take on a senior, high-impact technical role within one of our embedded Mino teams. This isn't a role where you simply execute tickets you'll actively shape how software is built, guiding architectural decisions for products used at scale. Responsibilities: - Own and evolve system architecture, making decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed. - Design, develop, and ship high-quality full-stack features across the tech stack. - Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Technical Leads to convert business needs into clear technical solutions. - Lead code reviews to improve code quality, enforce best practices, and mentor team members. - Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring long-term fixes rather than quick patches. - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through hands-on guidance and technical leadership. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and DevOps best practices. - Clearly communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Continuously improve engineering processes within your team. Requirements: - 10+ years of professional software development experience. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Strong proficiency in at least one: C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Deep understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns, system design). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. - Proven track record of making and defending architectural decisions. - Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex technical concepts. - Self-driven mindset with experience mentoring engineers. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Exposure to Agile product development environments. - Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and infrastructure-as-code. - Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React. - Experience with testing frameworks and TDD practices. - Interest or experience in generative AI applications. - Background in consulting, agencies, or embedded team models.
