We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
AS400 Production Support.
In This Role, You Will
- Perform IBM i job/log analysis and remediation
- Execute approved changes and patches
- Coordinate with SMEs for root cause and preventive actions
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 26 years IT experience with production support exposure
- IBM i (AS/400) skills: CLLE, RPGLE, DB2/SQL
- Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
- Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) including weekends
- Selfmotivated; able to work independently
- ITIL certification
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of IBM i tooling (RTC, RDi)
- Experience with AppDynamics (or similar monitoring)
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
